How Long: I just celebrated my 10th year with Stampin’ Up!

How did you get started:     I began my career with Stampin’ Up! to receive product 
discounts after I was laid off from my Technical Writing job.

What have you learned or what was your greatest challenge?  I have learned that treating customers right is the best way to keep your customers loyal. I have also learned (by doing this and failing to do this) that follow-up is very important! And, it is important to not be afraid to approach someone and inquire about their interest. I’m still struggling with this every day.

Marketing success (what worked for you)?  Your current customers and friends (word of mouth) is your best marketing tool. Be good to the people who will refer you to new business!

What does the future look like for you? I am always hoping to grow my business. My goal has always been to achieve the title of “Manager” within Stampin’ Up! I’ve come very close, but that is what I keep working towards.
